Lakesider Brewing is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our staff, contractors and guests. We have created a Safety Plan as per Public Health Officer Guidelines and BC Craft Brewers Guild recommendations related to COVID19. 

Management and staff are responsible for implementing and complying with all aspects of our COVID19 Safety Plan.  In order to  minimize the risk of transmission:

1. We will conduct initial interviews via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
2. In person interviews and walk throughs will take place when all the licenses have been approved for operations. 
3. Physical distancing must be in effect where possible, keeping a 6 feet distance between staff and applicants.
4. Encourage washing of hands properly or sanitizing. 
5. Masks are mandatory for all staff and applicants.
6. Staff and applicants experiencing symptoms, have been exposed to the virus, or travelled outside of Okanagan, MUST stay home.
